Wine and food connoisseurs are in for an extraordinary taste experience this February 19th as WILDE presents a special evening with Chateau Montelena.
Taking place on WILDE’s iconic 1930s-style alfresco terrace, this exclusive and specialty evening will be hosted by Winemaker and CEO, Bo Barrett of Chateau Montelena and The Doyle Collection’s own Group Sommelier, Philip Dunne.
Fans of this renowned wine are in for a special treat as WILDE will host an exclusive evening of wine from Chateau Montelena served alongside beautifully prepared dishes created especially for each pairing.
This February 19th, WILDE will be bringing you an extraordinary evening of exceptional wines paired with a specially created five-course menu to bring out the delicious flavours of each pour.
This greatly anticipated event will begin with a champagne reception at 7pm and is an opportunity to experience five of Chateau Montelena's exceptional wine selections alongside a mouth-watering five-course tasting menu created by WILDE Executive Chef Sandeep Singh.
