Wine and food connoisseurs are in for an extraordinary taste experience this November as WILDE presents a special evening with winemaker and Master of Wine, Róisín Curley.
Hosted by Róisín Curley and The Doyle Collection's Group Sommelier Philip Dunne, guests will be guided through her renowned wines from Burgundy, complemented by beautifully prepared dishes from WILDE Executive Chef Sandeep Singh and his team.
Róisín trained in some of France’s finest wine estates including Château Latour in Bordeaux and Château Grillet in the Northern Rhône. In 2015 she established her micro négociant-vinificateur business, Maison Róisín Curley, in Burgundy. With a preference for organically grown fruit she focuses on buying high quality grapes and produces wine in small quantities from carefully selected parcels throughout Burgundy. She handles each batch of grapes individually and uses as little intervention as possible. Her aim is to make elegant wines that express the character of the vineyard and vintage they come from.
This much anticipated evening will begin at 7.15pm on November 6th and tickets are €125.
