This exclusive evening will be hosted by François Matton, General Director of Minuty, alongside Philip Dunne, Group Sommelier of The Doyle Collection. Guests will be taken on a refined journey through a selection of Minuty’s distinguished wines, expertly paired with a five-course tasting menu curated by Executive Chef Sandeep Singh and his culinary team.
Minuty is situated in the village of Gassin, nestled on the Saint-Tropez peninsula in the heart of the French Riviera. A family estate founded in 1936, Minuty has become synonymous with excellence in Rosé de Provence, now enjoyed in over 100 countries. Representing the third generation, François Matton has played a pivotal role in expanding the estate’s global presence while preserving its heritage and commitment to quality.
Today, Minuty continues to flourish under the stewardship of François, his brother Jean-Étienne, and his daughter Anne-Victoire Matton, who joined the estate in 2022. Together, they uphold the family’s legacy of producing wines that embody freshness, elegance, and the unique character of the Côtes de Provence.
