Hosted by Edouard Baijot and The Doyle Collection's Group Sommelier Philip Dunne, guests will be guided through Orin Swift's renowned wines from Napa Valley, complemented by a beautifully prepared five-course tasting menu by WILDE Executive Chef Sandeep Singh and his team.
